The Genius of Charles Darwin

August 4th, 2008 Posted in Biology

I’ve been off for a few days in Exeter. Fortunately, not much of great craziness seems to have happened over that time.  However, I want to draw everyone (in the UK) to a programme on TV tonight, hosted by Richard Dawkins, called “The Genius of Charles Darwin“.  This is part of a 3-part series, shown on Mondays at 8pm on Channel 4.  For those of you outside the UK, I’m sure it will appear on the Internet in one form or another before too long (and I doubt Prof. Dawkins will complain).

Next year is the 200th anniversary of Darwin’s birth, so there will be all sorts of exciting activities going on around the world, and especially in the UK. I’ll post more details when I get them.
